The PhotoWalk-ers

About the Group

We are a group of five who simply did this activity for a class requirement. We usually find ourselves hearing funny, interesting, and overall, random things while at the same time getting the job done.

Group Insight

Our group started to walk from Eng'g. On our way, we passed though the mundane landmarks of the university such as the Shopping Center, two Churches, and the arcade. We stopped at Pook Dagohoy, a place we rarely (or never) go to. We saw a basketball court and small houses similar to those in suburbs along the way.

For our second leg of the walk, we started at Bahay Kalinaw - a Spanish-style house used as a function hall for several events. We decided to walk through Pook Palaris, a quiet and vegetated area with reasonably-sized houses spaced largely apart. In terms of zone characteristics, Pook Dagohoy is its contrast. We also walked through some guest houses for visiting students from other campuses. We were surprised when we saw these houses. After our 2 km walk from Eng'g, we stopped at the Diliman Substation.

Walking Experiences

Nah. It's boring. >:)

Kidding aside, we talked about random things, made jokes, and shared thoughts to ease the boredom on walking. We were also amazed at how we saw a (once a) hidden part of the university - that there exists almost all types of residential areas, guest houses, and an even larger vegetated area aside from the academic oval.

PS. Nahiya naman reflection ko. xD
